Policies
Service and Taxes - 15% service charge and 16% taxes will be added to the total bill.
Staff - Staff is not included in the menu price; the cost for required staff will be calculated based on number of guests.
Equipment - All plates and silverware are included in the price, as well as glassware in the open bar service.
Deposit - 50% deposit will be required to reserve the date. Final deposit will be made 15 days before the event.
Cancellations Policy - 30 days after first deposit 50% penalty will be apply 29 days to the event 100% penalty will be apply.

Tequila Tasting
Enjoy a great evening knowing everything about Tequila, our Master Tequilier will introduce you on tequila history and manufacture.
During the tasting you will enjoy 5 different types of tequila and 1 mezcal, and will learn to identify their different and unique characteristics.
All tequilas will be pairing with typical Mexican ingredients such as chocolate, grasshoppers, cheese, mole, among others.

We bring to you a wine tasting from Mexico, guided by our Master Sommelier.
Guest will taste 5 different wine types from Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico, and learn manufacture process, wine characteristics and what to expect from Mexico premium wines.
All the wines are pair with Mexican ingredients to enhance their flavor.
