The Corridor Travel Guide
The Tourist Corridor is a 20-mile (33 km) swath of sun-drenched beaches, world-class golf courses and luxurious resorts linking the cities of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The setting is stunning, with cactus-studded hills harmonizing with the aquamarine waters of the Sea of Cortez.
You won’t find the density of shops, nightlife and restaurants here that you will in either city. However, you will find a greater feeling of seclusion and exclusivity. Plus, the four-lane highway means you’re just minutes from all of Los Cabos’ activities.
Accommodations along the Corridor are exquisite. Luxurious resorts offer first-class service, lagoon-like pools, classy beach clubs, on-site spas and gourmet restaurants. But you’ll also find some of the most beautiful villas in Los Cabos here as well.
The Corridor’s captivating beaches invite a day (or several) of relaxation. At Santa Maria Bay, Chileno Bay and Palmilla Bay, you can enjoy beautiful snorkeling and diving in the gentle waters. Not all beaches are suitable for swimming, so keep an eye out for resort safety flags posted daily to indicate conditions.
Beyond the beaches and fine accommodations, golf is the Corridor’s greatest draw. With courses by Jack Nicklaus, Tom Weiskopf, Greg Norman and Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the Corridor is a golfer’s Eden.
From the incomparable experience of staying in your own private villa overlooking the Sea of Cortez to the glamour of a beachfront resort, the Corridor’s accommodations are a perfect fit for an unforgettable Los Cabos escape. Pamper yourself in style at one of the many stunning properties.
