Outside, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy the spectacular Baja sunshine. The spacious terrace offers an infinity pool with swim-up bar, a large jacuzzi, and lounge chairs. Fire up the gas barbecue, turn on the outdoor fire-pit and settle in for a marvelous evening enjoying the colors of the sunset dip beyond the Pacific.

Villa Descanso’s full-time house staff is a distinguishing feature that separates this villa from most others. They provide the ultimate in personal attention and service, handling the indoor cleaning and maid services, outdoor cleaning and maintenance. They are knowledgeable of the villa and can assist with questions and problems should they arise. They are also excellent cooks, and for an additional fee (negotiated directly with them) are available for meal preparation and cooking.

I stayed at Villa Descanso with 16 other women. There was plenty of space and and the villa was gorgeous. We each had a shared suite with its own bathroom. When you have so many women having your own bathroom is a MUST! We only had a few problems with the air conditioning but the house manager addressed it quickly. We utilized the private chef and the team was AMAZING! I will forever hire chefs to prepare my food. Definitely was way better than what sleepy people can make after late nights. We also utilized the in house spa services. Everything was great and worked smoothly when we arrived. Mariana was wonderful. She was our concierge and was very responsive and helped us get up and down the hill. She even had recommendations when one of our excursions was cancelled due to the weather. The villas location makes it very difficult to walk up and down. We had to take taxis which did add up a little but was not very much to get to the nearby Marina/downtown area. I would definitely recommend Cabovillas and Villa Descanso to large groups.

We will definitely be back! The best part of this house was every room having a bathroom and then some! All the best were comfortable, and cool. The A/c worked great! House was also clean and beautiful just like the photos. House staff was outstanding as well as the chef!!! The concierge was quick to respond and accommodate any transportation updates. Overall everything was wonderful!

The Pedregal is the ‘Beverly Hills’ of private residential gated communities in Cabo San Lucas. Built into a magnificent granite hillside surrounded by exotic desert vegetation, the area’s 360 acres feature sweeping panoramic views over either Cabo San Lucas Bay or the Pacific.
