Villa Estero is a great vacation villa. It has a very interesting architectural floor plan. The covered rear porch which spans the entire width of the villa is deep and provides lots of areas for gathering and dining. The recently added sectional seating area provides places where a lot of people can sit and have conversations. The outdoor dining table (also under the porch) is big enough for a large group. The many ceiling fans provide extra breezes. The pool is a very nice size. The sloped entry into the pool is good for little kids, as well as a good place to sit if you don't want to get all the way into the pool. There are a number of chaise lounges with umbrellas located on the very large pool deck which provide lots of places for relaxing and conversing. The bedrooms and baths are all good sizes with sitting areas in each. One of the best parts of this villa is Raoul and Pati. Raoul is the villa manager, and he is extremely helpful and always willing to help out in any way he can. He is on site but never intrusive. Pati keeps the interior of the villa clean & neat. Both are great assets to this property. One of the things we as a family liked about the Puerto los Cabos Development is the security. There is one main gated entrance to the development, and there is a second gated entry to the section in which villa Estero is located. Both are staffed 24/7. There are also a number of restaurants within the hotels in PLC which are a short drive from the villa The thing which makes the rental experience with Cabo Villas so wonderful is the experience, knowledge, and desire to please of Kimberly. This was our third year using CV and Kimberly. She makes the process so easy and hassle free. Arranging the airport shuttle, the car rental, the catering company, and restaurant reservations - she does it all. I can't say enough about how helpful she is. She makes planning a vacation in Cabo so easy. She also has a great wealth of knowledge about Cabo.
