Inside, you’ll discover an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy beautiful views of both the Sea of Cortes and the Marina throughout the home. As you walk down the Cantera stone steps, the first queen casita with an ensuite bathroom and patio, with a view, is privately situated along the hillside. Continue down the villa’s steps to enjoy its beautiful outdoor covered dining space that comfortably seats 8 and up to 10 people. Across from the dining area is the entry to a second queen casita with an ensuite bathroom before you are welcomed inside the main villa.
The main villa has an authentic Mexican vibe with its Saltillo tile floors and a blend of local furniture, artwork, and decorative accents. The fully equipped kitchen looks over the inviting great room, allowing the cooks in the kitchen to always be a part of the fun! Down the hall from the great room are the two final king bedrooms. These bedrooms are located on the pool level, offering scenic views that open directly onto the pool deck. One bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the other includes a detached bathroom.
Walk out of the great room onto the patio and be completely swept away by the villa’s views and impressive outdoor area. With a hot tub that waterfalls into the elegant free-form pool, it becomes a wonderful and private retreat. Enjoy the swim-up bar next to the umbrella-shaded outdoor dining area with a barbeque, refrigerator, sink, and even a poolside ½ bathroom.

We loved our stay at Villa Ysabel! The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect; close enough to walk to town yet far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The incredible views while lounging in the pool were one of the highlights; most of the bedrooms had a view. We appreciated the authentic local artwork and furnishings; we even met the artist at the Cabo Art Walk! The layout of the villa allowed for both privacy and socializing with our group. We had an amazing stay with our family at Villa Ysabel. A beautiful hacienda-style home with a modern feel! Love the furnishings and artwork, WOW! The house was big enough to all have our own space and privacy yet could come together and hang at the pool, one of the kitchens, or that cool alfresco dining area! It was easy to walk downtown, did not need a car. Amazing views from almost every room and of course the pool and hot tub! Thank you, Cabo Villas, for finding us such a nice home for our stay. And thank you Concierge Hector for the Margaritas, chips, and yummy salsa when we arrived and for your assistance during our stay! We will be back.

We had the pleasure of recently staying at Villa Ysabel. The location is fantastic & super close to town and the marina. The layout is perfect for groups who enjoy a little privacy while traveling together. Newly renovated, the decor was impressive. It was so fun to meet the local artist at the Art Walk in San Jose.
