The villa’s enchanting views include the Marina, Sea of Cortes, Pedregal mountains, and city lights. This meticulously remodeled hacienda-style villa will charm you from the moment you arrive.
Inside, you’ll discover an oasis of tranquility. Enjoy beautiful views of both the Sea of Cortes and the Marina throughout the home. As you walk down the Cantera stone steps, the first queen casita with an ensuite bathroom and patio, with a view, is privately situated along the hillside. Continue down the villa’s steps to enjoy its beautiful outdoor covered dining space that comfortably seats 8 and up to 10 people. Across from the dining area is the entry to a second queen casita with an ensuite bathroom before you are welcomed inside the main villa.
The main villa has an authentic Mexican vibe with its Saltillo tile floors and a blend of local furniture, artwork, and decorative accents. The fully equipped kitchen looks over the inviting great room, allowing the cooks in the kitchen to always be a part of the fun! Down the hall from the great room are the two final king bedrooms. These bedrooms are located on the pool level, offering scenic views that open directly onto the pool deck. One bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the other includes a detached bathroom.
Walk out of the great room onto the patio and be completely swept away by the villa’s views and impressive outdoor area. With a hot tub that waterfalls into the elegant free-form pool, it becomes a wonderful and private retreat. Enjoy the swim-up bar next to the umbrella-shaded outdoor dining area with a barbeque, refrigerator, sink, and even a poolside ½ bathroom.

We loved our stay at Villa Ysabel! The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect; close enough to walk to town yet far enough to be quiet and relaxing. The incredible views while lounging in the pool were one of the highlights; most of the bedrooms had a view. We appreciated the authentic local artwork and furnishings; we even met the artist at the Cabo Art Walk! The layout of the villa allowed for both privacy and socializing with our group. The Pedregal is the ‘Beverly Hills’ of private residential gated communities in Cabo San Lucas. Despite 30 years of steady growth, the Mediterranean-inspired community still manages to hold onto its Old World atmosphere while simultaneously embracing the new. Built into a magnificent granite hillside surrounded by exotic desert vegetation, the area’s 360 acres feature sweeping panoramic views over either Cabo San Lucas Bay or the Pacific. With cobblestone streets, fine restaurants and numerous recreational options, the emphasis is on privacy and a casual, tropical lifestyle. Exquisite showpiece homes abound. Excellent swimming is available at Mèdano Beach, less than a mile away. The Pedregal is an oasis of exclusivity just steps to all the action of downtown and the marina.
