Its close to Downtown Cabo. The home is clean and spacious and has everything you need. The pool is great. I can't say enough about this place its amazing and so peaceful. It was 9 of us and it was space for everyone to do there own thing. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Management was extremely helpful and approved us renting a generator to be able to celebrate our daughters wedding. After the storm came the tranquility and a beautiful wedding we will always remember. We want to thank management for their help and support.

A great location and room for 13. I highly recommend it.

The villa is on top of a hill with breathtaking views,5 bedrooms, a pool and a hot tub. The infinity blue pool and the white villa makes you feel like you are in paradise. We were a large group on a family vacation in Cabo. This villa was perfect for us as it had so many rooms and a huge kitchen. The views from the living room were beautiful. I would recommend this place for larger groups.

The views are incredible. The house is huge and very clean. The pool is actually much larger than it looks in photos. The service all around exceeded our expectations, from the booking process with Jessica, to our concierge, Giovanni, and of course our sweet little maid lady. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The only complaint I heard from my group was that the wifi was pretty weak and didn't work in the bedrooms.

We had 12 people in our party and this house more than covered our needs. The view is breathtaking, the amenities are top notch and service was outstanding. We have rented a couple homes in Cabo and this one is now at the top of our list for the next trip.

Gorgeous views, amazing location, responsive staff. Wifi and sound system were awesome. I would definitely rent again!

Its only downside is that some bedrooms are two and three floors bellow the main floor.

House is amazing. View....breathtaking! Hike to the beach....trying but felt good! Enjoyed groceries from Costco/Walmart....cooked on grill 6/7 nights. Medano Beach was nice but the tide was SO far up that we were literally mingled with diners at The Office (restaurant on beach). Go further up the mountain to take in the view!

This rental was everything and more then we expected. The house was beautiful and the view was even better. There were 6 couples who slept in this house and the house more then accommodated all of us. The house was so big we didnt even have to see each other if we chose to. There was an infinity pool at the top deck with a Jacuzzi and a fire pit on the deck below. Surround sound system throughout the house and a maid that came daily. a short 5 minute drive from where the house sits to the bars and beaches. Id highly recommend staying here again.

Views are magnificent and the house has everything you could ever need. Updated sound system for plenty of good music everywhere on the property. Spa/gym just a stones throw away was such an added bonus, they even scheduled personal yoga sessions for us. We had surfers with us and they found good waves just minutes from the house. The service we received from Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations was exceptional. Carlos was unbelievable - always available to schedule a last minute dinner reservation, cab, excursion, or grocery order. We loved our maid who worked so hard all day washing towels, cleaning dishes etc. The pros out weighed any negative which were...hospital visit from eating some bad sushi expensive cab rides back and forth to town. We will return.

We were taken by the spectacular views and the overall white modern appearance of the outdoor domes and decks. Upon arriving we were just as impressed with the incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez. The outdoor decks were expansive and perfect for our intimate wedding. The outdoor portion of this Villa could not be any better, the eating areas the lounging areas the grilling area, the fire pit area, the sound system, the pool, the hot tub, all with those perfect views!!!! The Villa was also kept extremely clean by the daily maid service. Now the downside of this villa.......the interior was not up to par. When we arrived it was hot, the property manager did not lower the air prior to our arrival (at least in the main living area) there was not one cube of ice, in fact the ice maker was turned off. (we were traveling for over 5 hours to get there). The ironing board we wanted to use for some of the guests clothes was unusable, the iron had rust coming from the vents..... There was only 1 hair dryer in the entire villa. The chairs in the main eating area were peeling and unattractive. We decided to grill one night and had our wedding party over. The grill ran out of gas half way through our grilling. The pool lights had a problem and did not ever come on in the evening, even though we called the manager and told him about it. Our guests were a little upset that they had to go outside and down plenty of stairs to get to their rooms (a couple of them had knee and ankle issues). Anyway this is a general overview of the interior functionality of this Villa. Now back to the good. Our vendors were amazing, Suzanne Moral, the wedding planner was fabulous and her team was extremely professional. A Matter of Taste, our food cater, made a 5 star meal for our guests, they supplied breakfast the morning of, and their staff, bartender, chef, servers were all the absolute best. Cabo Kruzer supplied the alcohol and beverages, he is a true gem in

The views are literally breathtaking and were the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony and reception. 40 people easily fit in the front courtyard for cocktail hour, the gazebo area for the ceremony and the lower patio for the reception. My husband and I stayed in the home for a week with 9 other people. There was plenty of room and we never felt on top of one another. Our guests stayed at nearby hotels and it was so nice to have one place we could all meet and hang out without spending a fortune at beach bars or fighting for chairs at a hotel. We used Matter of Taste for the food at our wedding and also to stock our villa with the essentials, like liquor and hamburgers, before our arrival. The food and service was amazing! I rarely hear people rave about the food at a wedding and my guests cannot stop talking about how good everything tasted. Although we rented a car to run errands for the wedding, we used taxis every night when we went to the bar. A van taxi would be at the villa within 10 minutes of calling a driver. Some things we loved: The Vonage phone made it so easy to talk to local wedding vendors and family at home, 2 refrigerators, Bose system throughout the house, washer and dryer, beach towels and sunscreen, and of course the VIEW!

We were all blown away by the amazing views. The patio and pool area of the house was perfect, everything worked out great, the house was plenty large, staff was really on top of it. The dinners we had catered in were both delicious and that staff was great as well. Everything worked out well. All this being said, the first weekend had 9 very experienced event planners in the house and they all loved it! They are not an easy audience to impress and they were!! Thanks for all of your help in advance and for answering all my questions. I would return to Villa Clara Vista or Pedregal in a heartbeat! I loved it!

I've tried to make a trip to Cabo every October since 1997 as a birthday present to myself. Usually we stay at one of the many timeshares in the area but this year was special in that my entire family made the trip with me. It was the first trip for my father and grown kids. The drive up to the Villa is a little confusing but once there you feel like you've walked into Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. The view from the infinity pool is magnificent! The Villa itself is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen fully accommodated 9 of us and we lacked for nothing. The staff was pleasant and put a lot of effort in to cleaning the Villa every morning. At the end of our trip everyone was already talking about next year. Also, I was extremely impressed with Jessica at ESSV. She was always there to answer questions and help with setting up fishing excursions and car rentals. If I was to make one suggestion it would be to add a safety railing on the wall heading down to the bedrooms.

Perfect spot. Comfortable, private, close to Cabo. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The view of the Pacific was amazing. In the morning you could watch wales from the pool. Essv arranged a great welcome and were very on the spot to meet all our needs. We arranged a private cook through Essv and also had a stocked fridge. It worked out extremely well. Clara Vista is wired for sound making the outdoor experience quite nice. The fire pit at night was a nice added touch. I don't think we could have picked a better spot.

Beautiful, clean home, we loved it. Found a lot of relaxation. Daily maid service and biweekly? pool service was great. Essv provided us excellent services - babysitting, massage, chef. Only annoyances were mosquitoes on a couple of days and a lot of wind on some nights.

The staff give remarkable customer service. One suggestion, Refridgerator needs to be replaced. The residents of Cabo San Lucas are friendly and helpful, we were treated very well by everyone, We do plan to return we loved it that much. Nik, our leasing consultant met all of our expectations

Scenery was breathtaking. The house itself had all the amenities including a beautiful infinity pool. Anything you need is a short drive down the hill or a phone call away. Couldn't have been better.

The impression you get when you first open the villa door and look out beyond the glass living sliding doors onto the inifinte pool and ocean is truly breathtaking! Clara Vista is a very well kept, clean, comfortable and perfect in every way possible!

We traveled there, in order to shoot the final page of a TV show we produce in canada. And what an AMAZING VIEW!!! The most beautiful one we had in five seasons. Special mention to the catering company ?A Matter Of Taste?. They offered us a premium service and a top class culinary experience. The transports organized by Earth, Sea & Sky Vacation (to and from the airport) were perfect, on time, and very professional. If everything went fine, I however have one comment about the villa; If the main ?spaces? (the main floor, kitchen living room, master bed room, terrace and swimming pool) were absolutely stunning, the other bed rooms did not offer the same ?standards?. If the master bedroom can be compare to a luxury suite in a four to five star hotel, we would expect the other rooms to look like a standard room in the same establishment. We were quite far from there. In our TV program, it did not make much of a difference, since we were mostly filming in the main spaces. But if I was renting the villa along with friends (sharing to rental cost in between five couple), I would wonder if my friends were getting what they were expecting. More than ordinary furniture, very standard beds (far from what you usually find in hotels), lack of style and / decoration in the rooms. Also, as a client, I would expect the rooms in the villas to be rented with basic amenities (soap, shampoo, lotions, these little things that we did not bring, thinking it would be there). Beside a soap, there was nothing in the wash rooms. A little detail (to me) that make the difference. Overall experience (to me): Excellent, near perfect. The lack of everything in other bedrooms would make that diffence.

Villa Clara Vista was the perfect place for us to really relax. We had never been to Cabo, so this was a new experience for us. My husband spent lots of time in the pool, I don't know when I have seen him so relaxed. I enjoyed the peace and quiet with the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez and the ocean. The villa is beautiful and well equipped. Of course, this villa has maid service. We have never stayed at another villa, so we don't know if this is offered at all villas. We will recommend this villa to all of our friends and we look forward to taking another trip to Cabo.

The view was absolutely breathtaking, the amenities were top notch. We look forward to sipping margaritas by the pool again in the future!

We all really enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to rent this house again in the future.
