The last 2 years we stayed at Villa Cortez and we all agreed these were the two best years of vacationing here. A great villa with all the ammenities you would ever need. On the beach, on the golf course and with breathtaking views of the sea of cortez. The Villa has everything to make you feel right at home in a true paradise. The service provided by ESSV was truly professional and highly recommended.

It was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend this villa to anyone I know! This villa is perfect for families, friends, and people of all ages! Our entire vacation was perfect, but staying here was the best part of the vacation. I really appreciated the level of service the villa staff and Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations provided for us from catering and prestocking, to great tips on where to eat in town! I cannot wait to come back!

The 4 suites with private baths worked really well for us. We did have some satellite TV malfunctions, but the property management team tried to quickly resolve them. One of the highlights was a night at home with a chef + assistant providing a memorable evening at home, complete with a "secret" margarita recipe! Concierge assistance with tee times, fishing charter etc was quick and helpful. This is definitely a premier property. With the current economy, hopefully the pricing will be adjusted a bit. If so, we'll definitely return.

The living space feels homey and welcoming, and yet is also classic and beautiful. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and Rafael of Transcabo was truly at our service to help answer questions and guide us toward any activities we wanted to try. The pool at Villa Cortez was used by us morning, noon and night -- and there was nothing lovelier than pulling up to that infinity edge to stare at the crashing waves of the ocean on the magnificent Sea of Cortez. Villa Cortez is beautiful, relaxing, and even better than the pictures make it out to be! It was nice to have housekeeping there each day to just keep the kitchen and bathrooms as clean each day of the week as they were on the day we arrived - that was a nice bonus throughout the week. If I had to think of one thing to say that we liked the least, our very minor complaint might be that we are all cooks, and would have liked the kitchen better stocked with pots and pans and serving pieces; but, when you balance that against the views, the outdoor deck, the chaise lounges lined up for all of us to sit in the sun, and the wonderful huge dining table for meals and nightly games, I guess that still means Villa Cortez is a ten star vacation destination!

Beautiful from entrance to exit. If you are looking for a breath taking wedding this is the place! Slightly expensive but worth every penny. The pictures online don't do this villa justice. I would highly recommend renting a vehicle and if you are having many guest be sure they stay near by. A taxi ride to town was 25 each way! We had our Wedding catered by Lazy Gourmet, they were priced fair and did an exceptional job, very thorough and they matched everything my bride asked for. The flowers, Cake, and food were exactly what we had asked for.

A great pool and deck with the beach only steps away. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Cabo.

) always stay at a resort for a week and then add on a few extra days at a Villa. This home was beautiful - you could not ask for a better pool/patio area (where we tend to spend majority of our time!). The views of the golf course and the Sea of Cortez were beautiful (and only a short walk to the beach). The bedrooms/bathrooms in the house were very nice (although the attached bedroom was a little dark and set back). There was construction going on next door at the time of our stay, but was not that disruptive. Definitely recommend this Villa. Also recommend Earth, Sea and Sky - they are wonderful to work with. A must is having the massage therapists come to your Villa - truly paradise!!!

Beautiful home visually, however, it had many problems. When we arrived the pool was not clean, the air conditioning didn't work in the Casita, The sheets and towels were in shreds, there wasn't enough china or glass ware, the kitchen wasn't stocked for more than 4 people, and what was there was mis matched and old. There were weeds around the pool area. We had problems with the hot water.It took a few days for the management company to fix the problems. After the problems were corrected, the home was comfortable, however, overpriced.
