"Gorgeous Villa in the mountains!"
My cousin and her husband found and booked the rental through Cabovillas and we were all very impressed. The villa is located in a community that is built into the mountains called Pedregal. Cabovillas provided a shuttle from the airport to the villa and even assisted with getting dinner than evening and offered to help us book excursions. The Pedregal community was just minutes away from downtown Cabo San Lucas nightclubs and restaurants in one direction and minutes away from the marina in the other. The villa was gorgeous. There were six bedrooms and 6 full baths with 1 half bath. Each of the rooms inside the home were large with a king size bed and gorgeous bathroom. The home was equipped with dishes, pots and pans. There were beach towels and umbrellas, chairs and other pool/beach accessories in the garage. There was a washer and dryer in the garage as well. The beds were immensely comfortable and all came with plenty of linens. The showers were nice but often ran out of hot water very quickly. Especially when the group would return from an outing and all head to their respective shower at once. We hardly saw or heard the neighbors during our entire stay and we never saw the maid but it wasn't a problem for us. We had an amazing trip to Cabo San Lucas and Villa De La Luz made up the bulk of that trip. I definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay there again.

We are thrilled that your group so thoroughly enjoyed Villa de la Luz; it is such a gem in Pedregal. We look forward to welcoming you back to Cabo again SOON!
Lola took great care of all our arrangements prior to arrival and our on-site concierge, Hector, was amazing and took care of us every step of the way during our stay. The hot tub broke down while we were there and he had a technician there almost immediately to fix it. He made himself available to us the whole trip, from ordering cabs, to arranging ice to be delivered when we ran out at the house. Great place, great stay, and great value. Will be back!

Our house was nicer than what the pictures showed, which I didn't think was possible! It was such a beautiful house with plenty of space. We had a guy dedicated to my group throughout the entire process which made ordering taxis and food so easy. I had such a great experience and if I ever go back I will 100% use Cabo Villas. Thanks for making our trip the best!!

! The services from booking with Cabo Villas to the property/vacation concierge are without question the best. They took care of, and even anticipated, everything that we may need regarding our vacation; all we had to do was show up at the airport. We were picked up and driven to the house and was greeted to an amazing reception including margaritas for the adults :). The house is spacious with large rooms and bathrooms. It is a great bonus to have the playground near the pool; the kids who were with us could enjoy the playground and jump in the pool to cool off. I am hoping, but have no doubt, that they can keep the standard of service the same (in fact Cabo Villas may just raise the bar).

"Beautiful Villa for Large Group"
We had a blast! The villa was perfect for our Cabo trip. It was spacious and enough room for all of us. The villa staff was very nice. They greeted us upon arrival with margaritas and helped arrange transportation and dinner reservations. The maid came to clean every other day. The villa was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel at home. We were pleased to know the villa was very close to all of the hot spots in Cabo for nightlife and local touristy shops. I would definitely recommend Cabovillas and this villa. It was a much better option than staying at a hotel. You'll love it.

The house is not only beautiful the spacious but ALL the rooms were large, each having a restroom, large closets and plenty of space for all of our belongings. Although this was an adult wedding party, this villa would be perfect for traveling with children as well since it so close the their playground. The area was so peaceful and quiet with incredible views. My experience with our person concierge was absolutely incredible!!!! Hector was great! He seriously made our trip so easy and convenient! The only one complaint I have is with the cellular service in the main guest room. I didn't have an issue anywhere in the house except when I walked into the main master bedroom. I would still book this villa again in a heartbeat!

"Great stay!"
com and had a great experience. Ashley, the travel agent, answered all my questions and was very helpful. The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures. It felt very large, and having a pool and hot tub was great. Everything was super clean, there was hot water, and everything was in working order. We had a slight issue getting the oven to work and they sent maintenance right out to fix it. We even had a cleaning lady one day for free, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again!

"Our stay at Villa De La Luz"
The area known as The Pedgegal is amazing. The home we booked for a week was very comfortable and accommodating. The overall home is a little dated and needs some updating and repairs but overall it was very nice and in a convenient location. our travel representative Jessica Felts was great as well as our personal concierge Hector. He was so helpful. He know the area and was able to recommend restaurants and activity vendors. He was great and he felt like one of our friends at the end of the stay. The pool at the house was great. it was well maintained and very clean. I would recommend the use of this group in the future to book your vacation plans in one of the homes in this area. The directions to the area a somewhat difficult to follow but we did arrive in some bad weather.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! We're so happy to hear that our staff took excellent care of you both during the planning stages and during your actual stay with us. Among the highlights of working with us are our in-depth local expertise and our wonderful concierge team available to take care of anything you may need during your stay. Villa de la Luz does indeed boast a great pool area as well as a convenient location in the private, gated community of Pedregal just a short drive to the many activities, nightlife options and restaurants of downtown Cabo San Lucas.
We had a bachelor party with 10 people. The place is very spacious and each room had it's own bath/shower in it. The bedrooms are large enough to have 2 people sleep in each room comfortably. The living, dining, kitchen areas were also very spacious and 10 people could move freely and easily throughout the home without very cramped. The pool was wonderful and the spa was the icing on the cake. We BBQ'd every night and hung out around the pool most of the time. The ambiance was fantastic. Overall the home was very well decorated brought together a very appealing feng shui. Our groom loved everything about the home and our party as well. I would definitely recommend this estate to my friends and I am definitely planning on staying here again in the future. Thank you Nik from Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations for setting up all our accommodations.

The home was the perfect size - it felt very large. When one wanted time away from the group, it was easy to find a corner of the house nobody else was in. And by the same token, all of the "gathering areas" (dining room/living room/patio areas) all had more than enough seating where we could all gather and spend time together. 4 of the bedrooms are on the upper floor, and one is on the ground floor off of the billiard room. All of the bedrooms were spacious and we could not hear any noise from any of the other couples rooms. Originally, we planned on placing someone out in the Surfer’s Shack, but it really is too small and removed. There is also no air conditioning out there, so depending on the season it could be fairly unbearable. I wouldn’t plan on using it. Two of our singles are very close friends and they simply took the room with two beds. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with various helpful items. The fridge was nice & large. The bottled water dispenser was helpful, but you should plan on refilling it several times. The maid was an absolutely lovely woman who came every day. We tried to clean up after ourselves, but she was always very good about slipping in and doing dishes before we had a chance. Linen changes/bed making was also handled very quietly. We chose to engage with her and get to know her a bit, but she was absolutely unobtrusive and one would not notice she was there if for some reason you didn’t feel like engaging. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. There is a path down to a playground that runs right by the outdoor area, so one should expect the occasional walk by. Didn’t bother us at all and was infrequent. The only difficult aspect was our arrival. The gentlemen who work the gate that lets you into the Pedregal community did not know where the house was, or how to give us directions to get to it. We ended up driving aimlessly searching for the street. Eventually we got the bright idea to stop at one of the leasing/sales offi

for a family wedding for 4 nights and there was a total of 6 adults and 2 kids in our party. Everything was as advertised. Full kitchen, great family room to hang out in with a flat screen TV and Pool Table in the adjoining room. The property manager was there waiting for us with margaritas and fresh chips and salsa. The maid came every day (although they listed every other day) and the place was spotless. We also used the washer dryer extensively. There is also a playground so it was fantastic for our 4 year old grandson. One cool thing is that both the kitchen doors and living room doors open up so that you have a true "outdoor" space when the weather is nice and then shut them and crank the AC when it gets hot outside. The best part of the villa (at least for us) is the private beach that is literally about a 2 minute drive. The beach access alone was worth the cost of admission. Stunning views with the rock scapes that Cabo is famous for. I will say that navigating the private community (Pedregal) that the villa in was a little challenging. Make sure you ask for a map from the security gate to the villa the FIRST time you get there. Once you do it a couple of times, its a snap. Or just cab it - it was way cheap and no stress to do it that way. We had a family wedding with multiple parties to attend that were in Cabo "proper." It was literally about a 7 minute drive from the villa to the marina for fishing and all of the "hot spots" we had for rehearsals etc. It was our first time to Cabo but it won't be our last! Check it out, especially if you have kids. Especially for any traveling with children that would enjoy the playground area. It's a 3 star pool. . The villa, location, and staff are all 5 stars. Kurt and Cabo Villas would be 6 stars:) Even on a scale of 5!The worst part about traveling abroad is trying to coordinate everything. But Kurt Jennings and Cabo Villas were extremely helpful and trustworthy.

We had more than enough room! Each bedroom was well appointed with awesome beds (the upper middle bedroom with the high king was legit!). The bathrooms were even better with plenty of counterspace and multi head showers. Full kitchen and a great family room to hang out in with a flat screen TV. Oh, and I forgot to mention that we watched a couple of NFL games on the TV (something that made our friends staying at a nearby hotel supremely jealous)!! The worst part about traveling abroad is trying to coordinate everything. But Kurt from cabovillas.com helped us out immensely, even supplying us with a rental car and a crib. Check in was simple - the property manager was there waiting for us with margaritas and fresh chips and salsa. Basically, everything that Kurt said was going to happen, happened at the exact time it was supposed to. The maid came every day (although they listed every other day) and the place was spotless. We also used the washer dryer extensively. There is also a playground! I made sure to give her a generous tip - she made everything very easy for us. The pool and hottub were great, we spent a lot of time outside. Very spacious inside, with great outdoor space as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very large and had everything we needed. There is a huge dining room table and the rental company was able to arrange a chef to come cook for the whole group, it was fantastic. Fishing was very close and easy, golf would have been great, but we got rained out. So instead we enjoyed the house and hot tub. While there is no ocean view from the house, the neighborhood has some spectacular vantage points and a few hiking trails to the top of the hill. I would strongly recommend this house. It was a great experience. Clean gated community, very close to downtown and the marina. However, do not plan to walk to and from the house. It’s $3 per person in a taxi and it’s quite an uphill climb.

The seperate surfer room was also a nice place for an individual to stay but we were surprised that this room did not have any AC. The room was still cool enough in the evenings but an AC would have been nice. The house keeping service also was very professional and did a great job while we were at the villa. I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a space that can accomodate and also if you plan on entertaining there was also ample room on the patio and swimming area. The property is located a little far to walk to the downtown area, although you can and we did a couple of times, the walk back is uphill and can be a chore if you have any items from town or children. There was always a helpful person to get a taxi and very minimal waiting for these taxi's. Overall we had a great vacation and will be back to cabo and keep this property in mind if we go back with a large group.

We had 10 people in our family stay at the house for vacation! The house is great. Everyone has their own private room like a hotel with their own bathroom which are very large! Pool area was great. The only downfall is no beach or marina view but we knew this when we booked! I’ve been to cabo many times and this is the first time I stayed in a villa which I believe is the way to go if you have a larger group! I would definitely recommend villa de la luz!

We had an amazing time at the Villa de la Luz - the house itself is just gorgeous. There were 14 of us on the trip and there was plenty of room for everyone and with so many people (especially all girls!) we had no problems with bathroom space either. We were so excited from the pictures and the house did not disappoint - we even opted to stay in one afternoon just so we could enjoy the pool and spa. The concierge staff was extremely helpful in arranging cab rides for us to whatever local destination we wanted to go to during the day. When the head concierge gave us his card and said to call whenever we needed a cab back to the villa, he really meant anytime - and a van would come to get us. It made the travel arrangements for our stay super easy and non-stressful. The property management was also great - the first day one of the sinks wasn’t draining well and the next day they had someone fix it so it was working perfectly when we got back to the house after a beach trip. We loved Chileno Beach, the only thing about our trip that I regret was that it was too short! Not enough time to check out the other local beaches (I hear Santa Maria is very good), not enough time to eat more seafood, not enough time to just enjoy the great natural beauty of the area. Still, everyone on our trip is still on a vacation high and I feel lucky to have been able to stay at a super swank villa and pretend that I was rich! Because I’m not, and we were all amazed at how affordable it was to stay here!

"Our family"s "milestone birthdays" getaway"
We had 5 adult couples and 2 children and may I say we had plenty of room. The house was very clean and the service was wonderful (thank you Jen in the USa and Victor in Mexico). I wish it had been a little closer to town but the taxi services we used were prompt and courteous. I would definately recommend this house to others.

"great choice"
Small pool for the little ones, pool table for the teen agers and enough space for everyone to find their spot. ... Clean, well kept and cheerful. Stove/oven could be improved was only drawback to amenities.

"Awesome House"
We rented it for 7 days, and this house made our vacation. The bedrooms are big & each bedroom has its own bathroom & they are HUGE. Big kitchen with glass doors that fold back to the patio & BBQ area next to the pool & hot tub. We went to Costco & bought food & ate like kings & queens. The house was very very clean & the maid came by everyday to keep everything up and oh what a sweetheart she was. All nine of us would highly recommend this house. Great views, all rooms very roomy & comfortable. We honestly have ZERO complaints. House has it all, game room with pool table, internet, tv movies, great kitchen, pool, hot tub, etc, etc, & we used them all.

"Great for groups/families"
Great entry/atrium and every room was set up perfectly. 3 very nice master baths, pool table, BBQ. Nice common areas in the house for groups to hang out. Only draw back is the Pedregal location is far from town and the windy road up can be trecherous late at night. Very friendly and cooperative staff at ESSV and at the property.
