Mr. Frank was very nice, patient and helpful throughout the process. Everything was done for us and our experience exceeded our expectations. I don't think I could have done it alone nor with another service. I am really happy and satisfied that I used your service for our trip; a major reason why our trip turned out to be unforgettable, amazing and breathtaking. All of the staff members at Solmar Resort were amazing! However, Emmanuel and Nefi were two of the staff members who have helped us every day during our vacation. They had great personalities, were very welcoming, helped us with information about Cabo and were really heartwarming. Thomas, the manager of the restaurant was also very considerate, helpful and kind. Couldn't thank the staff members enough for everything because they are the reason why our stay and vacation was amazing. My parents, sister and I want to go back to Cabo, but especially to Solmar Resort. My family and I believe that the entire trip was a highlight. The activities we did everyday was something that we didn’t think we were going to do, especially my dad who did not know what to expect. Our trip to the Arch was amazing that we had to go twice and we did not get out of the Marina shops. Parasailing was unexpected for my sister and me, but it was incredible. We also enjoyed the night life at Cabo and tried out different places to listen to music. The entire trip was last minute for us and Cabo was not even on our list, but we couldn’t have asked for a better place. I was afraid to do it all alone and make a mistake because planning a trip is not that easy, but Mr. Frank helped me with everything and I am so thankful. Out of all the trips and beaches I have been, Cabo is definitely on the top of my list.

This was an excellent resort!

The highlights of the trip were relaxation and the intimate community feel of the resort. We visited Playa Grande to watch a football game and came away VERY glad that we were staying at the Solmar. We will be back! It was very odd to us for housekeeping to enter our room in the evening. Once, we were on the patio and came in to find someone in the room. Another time we were in the restaurant and returned to someone in the room. We assumed that if the room had been serviced once during the day, that was plenty. We kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door after the second incident and didn't have a problem after that. It was just a little unsettling. I suppose if we had known about it up front, it wouldn't have been a big deal. Some especially helpful staff were Tomas, Mari and Raul.

As it is located at Land's End we were able to see the sun set and rise from our beach. Our highlight was climbing over the rocks at lands end from the Pacific Side to get to Lover's Beach and then water taxi into town to walk back to the Solmar Beach Resort. The staff at the Solmar Beach Resort added immensely to our vacation as they were very attentive and we enjoyed visiting with the wait staff and the bar staff. The food and drink was amazing! The All Inclusive was truly what it says!! It was our best ever vacation and we have been to Mexico many times as it is our number one vacation choice!
