"Breathtaking view!"
The villa was beautiful and the views breathtaking. The staff were on top and always available when needed. Angel was great!!!! Margarita had the place so nice and clean. We were greeted with margaritas and chips and salsa, which was great! We'll definitely be back!

"Great hidden gem "
There is a view of the ocean and a patio door to the pool area from every room. The beds are comfy and the showers are great. You can walk to the same beach as Grand Velas shares, very few vendors and access to the restaurant. Through cabovillas.com you can coordinate massages, manis and pedis, or chef services. We will definitely book this villa again!

"Walk to Beach, Fab Ocean Views: Villa Costa Brava"
Hector (the concierge) was very helpful and responsive through out our trip. He was very kind and respectful to my family and I. At all times he was ready to help and answer any questions or concerns we had! The chefs and food from Chile & Lime (the catering) company were wonderful. Sergio the chef assistant and Marino the chef prepared the most delicious meals and drinks. They were so generous and fun as well! Thank you for making our trip more wonderful than it was. Everything about this villa was breathtaking. Beautiful and relaxing views were at this villa. Please do not hesitate to book this villa for your trip to Cabo.

We are delighted to hear we exceeded your expectations! For over 30 years we have provided the best vacation experiences to our guests. We hope to welcome you back to Los Cabos again!
"Lovely Home and Close to the Beach!"
We love that the community is gated and is only about 10 homes. You walk down the hill and the beach is right there. The beds are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The pool area is big and clean and the palapa provides a lot of shade. This is a charming home and we would rent it again!

"Little Piece of Paradise"
The Villa was very nice inside and the kitchen was perfectly appointed for our stay. But it was the outdoor space that really captivated us with stunning views, a fabulous pool and jacuzzi, shady palapa, and comfortable seating and chairs for sunning. Steps from all this was a cobblestoned walk down to the beach that was perfect for long walks in the surf. We had an incredible stay and will do it again!

Great location, great pool, fantastic kitchen, great sound system for the occasional dance off, and plenty of bedrooms. Every night the jacuzzi was like a massage therapist. Definitely using this house again! This time for a golf trip with the dudes!

"Best vacation I've ever taken - stunning!"
None of us had been to Cabo before and (admittedly) didn't have a ton of time nor the energy to do extensive planning for the trip. The staff at ESSV was outstanding - they arranged a boat trip with La Islita (a highlight of the trip) and dinner reservations, as well as provided great advice on renting a car. The concierge in Cabo (Rodolfo) was extremely helpful. The house itself was more than we could ever had asked for. The transfer from the airport was ready when we arrived, friendly, and professional. The margaritas, salsa, and ceviche were the perfect welcome to Cabo, along with the stunning views from the house. Having the pool at hot tub right at the house were perfect, and the beach was less than a minute's walk down the hill. Since we were in the corridor and away from the resorts, it was like having a private beach the entire weekend. The house was in excellent condition and had everything you could ever want in it. The value for the price paid was outstanding. Our entire group consensus was that this is the best vacation we've ever taken. We've already started making plans to return next year and insist on staying at the same property. I cannot recommend the location and property highly enough. Our stay was fantastic.

We chose Costa Brava for the location and the views. We spent 9 days at this beautiful home and absolutely loved it! The home is very clean, very well equipped and the view is spectacular!! Loved breakfasts on the patio and night swims under the stars. Location is perfect! It is right in the middle on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. About 15 minutess in either direction. Any groceries you need can easily be picked up at the Mega in San Jose or the Walmart in Cabo. A rental car is a must and driving around the area and both towns is a breeze. Day or night. The beach is a quick walk and is gorgeous!!! Keep in mind that this is not a swimmable beach all year long. It was not safe in August but this made absolutely no difference to us at all and went down several times to soak up the beauty! There are two beautiful swim safe beaches 5 mins away (Chileno and Maria). We just can't say enough about this home! WE LOVE IT and cannot wait to get back! The staff was exceptional from start to finish! Amber at CaboVillas did an amazing job of organizing our trip. She took care of the reservation, the arrival, the rental car, answering all our questions, making recommendations etc. She did it all and was very friendly. Shuttle driver from airport was great. Arrived at the villa to find our rental car waiting in the driveway. The door swings open and Manager, Rodolfo, greets us with a warm welcome! He gave us the tour and was on his way. We had absolutely no issues but called him with a couple questions and he was always immediately available. Very friendly! He will help set up fun things to do too! The rental car rep finished up our rental right on site and was wonderful. We drove ourselves to the airport and returned it with ease on our day of departure. Zumiko comes in three times during the week to change linens and clean if needed. She was so very sweet! Thank you one and all! To sum it up, Costa Brava is a must visit! Much thanks to the owners for

The property is exquisite and very well maintained. House looked after by Zumiko - pool and garden by attentive and very pleasant fellows. We had several meals at restaurants which were excellent and the location was good for either San Jose del Cabo or Cabo San Lucas. Rodolfo, the Manager was quick to respond to any request. The noise from the construction site opposite the house was a bit much, but, apart from that everything was perfect.

"Outstanding service and accommodations with a great location"
There was whale watching every morning from the pool deck. The villa was spotless and management was very accommodating. As well, Frank at cabovillas.com was very helpful with the car rental and ensured that we had all the required documents. The included private taxi from the airport happened flawlessly. Make sure to rent a car as this property is half way between the two major centres. Sunset Mona Lisa is a must and is a short drive from Villa Costa Brava.

"Beautiful Villa & Isolated Beach make for a relaxing vacation"
It is a beautiful villa, close to the beach with an amazing view of the water. You can watch for whales and rays from your pool side beach chair while sipping a margarita. That's what I call relaxing! Road noise is not a big deal, especially if you sleep with the air conditioner on. The last few days we had some people that came to stay in the apartment style building behind us and of course they had a screaming kid, which was annoying when trying to relax at the pool. We came here to get away from people, so it was disappointing, but not the fault of the "villa", of course. We had a couple of geckos that made its way in the villa somehow...no big whoop. It was pretty cute and my boys (17 & 14) thought it was great. I figure they probably took care of any little bugs in the villa. There are a couple of "resident" lizards that hang out by the pool shrubs, so watch for them to visit. They're skiddish and won't bother you. The booking process with Nik was great, at first. Then there were several mix ups (the invoices they send with payment confirmations are rather confusing). The good, the bad and the ugly: TransCabo picks you up at the airport (but charges $30 to stop on the way to the villa for 30 minutes at the Mega store, this should be free for as much as the villa costs) Air conditioning units in every room Abundance of books, games and videos for your use in the villa Local and US phone calls are free Proximity to the beach is a plus and the beach has very few people at any given time, it's virtually YOUR beach. Take your flip-flops as the granite is sharp to climb on while exploring the tide pool nooks and crannies. The sunrises are spectacular and I absolutely COULDN'T miss a single one...so heavenly. Open floor plan makes for cooking and dining while visiting a pleasure Speakers are great to hook up to an iPod in the villa. Open up the doors towards the pool and listen to your tunes. It would be much more convenient, however, to have outdoor speakers and a

We always appreciate guest feedback! We are so happy that our clients enjoy the beauty and relaxation that Villa Costa Brava offers; it is a wonderful vacation rental, our most popular and enjoyed by many guests. We at Cabovillas.com work very hard to ensure guest satisfaction and are always ready to remedy any and all problems clients may experience during their stay. While there were a couple of maintenance issues upon arrival, they were far from ignored by our staff. Rodolfo sent a plumber to fix the toilet and promptly reset the safe box to stop the beeping. Maid service for this Villa is optional and complimentary; it can be canceled by guest request. The home’s mattresses are top quality memory foam, less than two years old. With this home being fumigated on a regular basis, the source of bug bites that these clients left Cabo with were very likely mosquitos, as that is the most common bug bite clients get while visiting Cabo. We always encourage our clients to keep the doors and screens shut to keep them out at night. The villa owner who is currently vacationing at the home has taken this review very seriously and has made sure that none of these issues come up again for future renters. We always recommend that our clients contact their banks before travel to ensure the won’t have any credit card issues while in Mexico. Taxi service in Cabo is not regulated and there are no meters. Therefore, the pricing is very inconsistent and our transportation company TransCabo provides a professional and reliable experience – many times at the same price as a taxi.
"Loved Costa Brava"
The house is lovely, the pool is wonderful and it is in a quiet little neighborhood about 1/2 way between Cabo and San Jose. Some helpful hints for people that stay here. 1. you should probably rent a car. We didn't and rode the buses, which is a fun adventure, but it gets old after a while. And what you'll spend on taxis you could easily rent a car. 2. The housekeeper came to clean Mon, Wed, Fri. She is really nice, but she comes in the morning, so it's a little hard to sleep in those days. After her startling me on Monday morning, we made plans Weds and Fri to leave the house early. The gardeners also came one afternoon we were spending by the pool, but they came in the afternoon and didn't bother us 3. The glass factory across the street is fun to visit and if you visit early in the week, they will make glassware to your specifications. 4. the Marbella next store has a very nice restaurant, with good prices, a nice view and I thought the food was really good. And they have a bar also if you want some company drinking :-). 5. Chileno beach is a short drive and is very nice to drive to and bring your snorkel gear and a picnic to spend some time. 6. The beach (like so many in Cabo) is beautiful, but not really safe for swimming. We liked to go for walks on the beach and swim in the pool. We had a little medical emergency while we were there, one of our girls tripped on the road down to the beach and cut her hand on broken glass. The villa representative sent us a taxi and the cab driver was so helpful in taking us to the urgent care and waiting while we received treatment and then took us to the pharmacy and drove us back to the villa. We have usually stayed in hotels, but this was a special occasion and we really liked the tranquility of staying in a private villa. We hope to visit again.

Thank you for your wonderful review of Costa Brava, and we hope that your friend was not seriously hurt! We are also glad that our concierge was so quick to get you the help that you needed for your friend. We here at Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations can't wait to book you again at Costa Brava! Please note that the housekeeper works from 9am to 12pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
"Perfect Villa for family of 6"
The 6 of us had a great time hanging out in the pool and playing in the surf at the beach. The walk to the beach is about 200 yards and should not be an issue for anyone. The area surrounding Costa Brava is controlled by security gates and is very safe. The Villa is located far enough from the Cabo craziness but close enough to make it easy to go play in town when we wanted to. The Villa is very well maintained and all on one level which, we have learned after problems with slippery stairs in other Villas, is a definite plus. Great vacation, great villa, great beach and a great location.

"Amazing family vacation!"
We were able to rent Baby Gear which made accommodations for our family of 8 so easy! The morning trips to the beach (just a short walk) were so memorable with the amazing sunrises, the whales, and peacefulness of the area. Our concierge Rudolpho was excellent in answering any questions we had and setting up any excursions we inquired about. I would definitely recommend this villa! We had such a wonderful and memorable family vacation.

We are so glad that you enjoyed Costa Brava and took advantage of many of the additional services that we offer here at Earth, Sea & Sky Vacations. This villa is gorgeous and has ocean views from every room. Sleeping up to 8 people, this house is great for families or medium-sized groups.
"Fabulous getaway!!"
We were in Cabo for a family wedding of more than 150 people. Most stayed in a nearby hotel. We had a house to ourselves where we could hang out at the pool, cook our own meals, dine outside enjoying the sight of whales playing in the ocean. The beach was just steps away. The house is in a gated area and felt very safe and secure. It is located between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. A car rental is definitely recommended. From my first phone call to reserve the house until our reluctant departure, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy and prompt assistance. Everyone on the phone as well as the team in Cabo was such a pleasure to deal with. My family is grateful for the experience.

Villa Costa Brava exceeded all of our expectations and we couldn’t have had a better week. The villa is located between San Jose and San Lucas and we really enjoyed not being around the hustle and bustle of San Lucas. We did rent a car for the week and it really made the trip for us. We were able to come and go as we please and do many different things on our own time. Back to the house, extremely clean and no issues with any pests or bugs of any kind. Very modern and updated inside, the best part was the king bed in the master suite, in fact my wife wants to buy the same bed when we get home! Pool and beach are both incredible, finally able to swim in the ocean the last day of our stay, was a little rough prior to that. I saw many complaints about the walk to the beach, but it is nothing to worry about, great cardio! If you want to swim in the ocean Chileno Bay is very close by and we swam and snorkeled twice during our stay. The grill is a very nice option for cooking as well, we did dinner at the house 4 nights and it allowed us to make hamburgers and chicken which is a nice change when you are tired of eating chips and salsa! I could go on and on, but if you are looking for a great stay, this is def the place for you!

This is a great review of a truly amazing villa! With amazing ocean views and a beautifully decorated interior, Villa Costa Brava is a great pick for a Cabo vacation.
We have 6 month old twins and the villa was perfect for us as we could have the babies nap in the house while we were outside in the pool (with the monitor). The house and grounds were georgeous and the kitchen well equiped. The management company arranged for us to rent some baby equipment which was in the villa when we arrived. Our rental car was also at the villa when we arrived. Everything was smooth and easy and the beach and view unbeatable. It was a recipe for success for us with small children but would have been equally wonderful as a couple or with friends. The beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was also key with small babies and they work very well. I would definitely come again to this villa.

"We had a nice long weekend."
The home and the neighborhood was not as luxurious as described or we expected. The excessive ant problem was dissapointing. The house was not as close to the beach as we expected and the hill climbing back wasn't very relaxing. The location was hard to find for taxi's. We liked the large pool the best, Rudolfo was outstanding as usual.

We appreciate your valuable feedback. This home is located in a gated secure community at Costa Brava (Km 17.5) midway between the towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. (10 minute drive to either town) The beach at Costa Brava is a short walk down the hill. (100 yards) The privacy and ocean views are exceptional at this location. Unfortunately insects became a problem in Los Cabos during late September due to unusually heavy rains. We provide cleaning service every other day and insecticide is available to help minimize this issue.
"Exceeded Expectations - Phenominal Views"
They presented us with homemade salsa and margaritas! the villa was a great size for the seven of us and each bedroom had its own access to the pool/patio area. The villa is situated such that there is absolute privacy. The villa was extremely clean and the appliances were modern. We had everything we needed. It is a very short walk to the private beach area. This walk consists of a very steep decline/incline so care must be taken to get there and back. The beach was very private and we only saw a few other people on the beach whenever we were there. The sunrises are spectacular and you have a great view - we sat out on the patio many mornings drinking coffee and watching the sun come up. The images on the website do not really do this place justice, it is beautiful. The location is between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas at the 17.5 Km marker. Great value and we would definately come back.

Thank you for the fantastic review! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
ESSV is extremely professional with a great attention to detail, before the trip and upon arrival. They had a pitcher of margaritas waiting for us upon arrival. Nice touch. They had a rental car waiting, also great service (Avis, Dreams). We stayed as a couple, which was very affordable in the off season. It was plenty large enough for two couples, or a couple with 2-3 kids. The bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the house, and every one has access to the pool. Master bedroom and bath is big with large walk-in shower and very large double vanity sink. PLENTY of towels and sheets. The bed is a little funny, and feels high in the middle, but it's comfortable enough. The other two bedrooms were a double and a double/twin. Because every room looks out on the pool, the rooms aren't super-private. You can always shut your shade if you are changing or something. But, you'll want to keep those windows open at night to watch the sunrise, and to hear the ocean! Kitchen has everything you could need. Very well stocked. The housekeeper keeps it extremely clean (service every other day). We were spoiled. We ate in for half our meals, which was nice. Although, the Marbella suites next door has a great restaurant as well. The washer and dryer were very clean and new. I think they work better than the ones I have at home! I spent every day next to the pool. Boy, do I miss it. I can't tell you how much more relaxing it is to have your own private pool versus fighting for chairs at a resort. Wow wow wow. It is truly private as there are bushes surrounding the yard. Someone comes to clean it every other day, but it may still get a bunch of leaves in it. Big deal. There's a net... The beach is very close, like a block away. There is quite a big hill down to it, and it isn't a flat "running" beach like many other places. Sand is larger-grained and a challenge to walk in. The sunrises and watching the waves is amazing and make up for everything. I don't swim, so I can't tell you how
