The property was perfect for the small group we had and we would definitely go again! The pool was amazing. I would say if you have a group of 2-6 this the perfect location! Very walkable to town!

It was such a great experience. Hazel Fraga helped book our accommodation and helped make reservations for our trip. Pedro was amazing when we got there! He responded to all our questions and responded right away once we were at the villa. The villa was amazing, it was perfect for the 6 of us. Can’t wait to come back!

The whole place was immaculately clean when we arrived. There were all the amenities included that you could ever need while vacationing in Cabo. The master bedroom had a beautiful view of the rest of Pedregal and was a 5 minute walk to downtown Cabo! Would recommend to anyone looking for a close and beautiful place to stay near downtown Cabo.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly option close to town this villa is perfect for you. Pedregal is full of hills however, Villa Tamika sits near the bottom of the hill making it an easy swift 5-minute walk to town and the Marina. The hot tub and pool were fantastic! The house is very spacious, perfect for groups.

The Pedregal area was walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and activities. Less than a 20 minute walk to the marina. The home was clean and spacious for our group of 6. The hosts communicated with us throughout our stay and was helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. The concierge even helped arrange for massage therapists to come to the home and service us. The pool guy came to the home in the middle of the stay to ensure the pool as clean. Thorough instructions were provided for all items in the home. Would definitely stay here again!

From the house we hiked to the top of Pedregal, which has perfect views of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez. We also took an uber to the Pacific beach in Pedregal and joined a turtle release, which everyone thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely book Villa Tamika for a future trip.

We loved the open layout upstairs and of course the pool area! Kristi made everything effortless by coordinating our transportation, Costco stop, and chef taco bar dinner prior to our arrival. There was some construction going on as a house is being built behind the property, but I was made aware that this is a growing community before arrival and it really didn’t impact our trip. I would stay at this property again and definitely recommend using Cabo Villas to book any future trips!

It took us 5 minutes to walk to the marina, making it ideal when we went out for dinner and shopping. The house was well equipped and we loved that each bedroom had its own private bathroom and TV! The kids LOVED the pool and spa with plenty of loungers to put our feet up and relax. The outdoor BBQ, kitchen and shaded eating area were a welcoming touch after a day in the sun. We recommend staying at this villa and we will definitely be back!

The place was amazing! The main area was perfect for hanging out, the TV had ability to cast from your phone which worked perfect for playing music, the kitchen had everything we needed. Best part is location - it is a very short walk to the marina which meant we barely took any transportation. The pool is smaller than it looks in pictures but that worked even better for us! The hot tub heated very quickly. Kristi our concierge took great care of us. We had a shuttle to and from the airport, which was stocked with water/beer, and they offered to stop at the store if needed. We had the villa stocked which was perfect upon arrival. We had the chef come our second night and made the most impressive Mexican Extravaganza. Everything was easy and wonderful.
