Pablo did an amazing job and was extremely responsive! We loved having chips, salsa, and margaritas ready for us once we arrived. Alex was also the customer service rep who helped us before the trip started! She was responsive and so helpful. Highly recommend using this company when staying in Cabo!

The planning process was seamless and easy- Amber took care of all the restaurant and activity reservations and has extensive knowledge on the area and was able to suggest the best places to go and things to do! She kept in contact with me for months leading up to the trip and was always on top of everything! The amenities here are unmatched! Once we arrived at the villa, Pablo was there greeting us with welcome margaritas and a tour of the house. His service was unbelievable. Anything we needed- a grocery item delivered, a chef to be let into the house when we were out, or a ride arranged, Pablo messaged back within under 2 minutes and took care of it immediately. Anything and everything we needed he handled for us quickly. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Villa Victoria - the property is beautiful, the views are unreal, and the service is among the best I have ever experienced. We were able to truly relax and enjoy the trip, because everything we needed was set up perfectly by Amber and everything that was needed on the trip was taken care of instantly by Pablo. This made the trip 100% stress free from planning it through, to going back home. I can not say enough good things! 10/10 service!!!!

3 stories, fabulous pool, and plenty of space. The team at Cabo Villas exceeded all expectations and Angel truly lived up to his name. He went above and beyond to make our stay so special.

Was nicer than the photos. So great to have enough bathrooms for everyone and the team was incredible. Margaritas when we entered, plus helping us with decor, constant transport for our big group, tequila tasting, catered dinner, etc. We would definitely stay at this villa again and also any others cabovillas helps manage!

!! The beds were extremely comfortable, the pool was nice and warm. It was close to everything the marina, the restaurants and convenience stores.

The place comfortably accommodated 13 of us and was clean. Our concierge, Pablo, did an amazing job helping our weekend run smoothly and truly was available 24/7. We will stay with CaboVillas next time we make a trip to Cabo!

Perfect villa for a bachelorette group of 9. It’s been two weeks and we’re still dreaming of this place. They also helped us with welcome night tacos, catamaran bookings, and airport transpo. If you’re thinking about this place…just do it!! Also, we love Pedro :)

It is a safe gated community 10 minute walk to town. We were a group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. The Airbnb was stocked with all of the food and items we purchased prior to getting there and our concierge, Angel, was available 24/7 to call us taxis and help with any questions. The welcome meal was great and they accommodated any dietary restrictions. Could not have asked for a better experience. They also helped when flights changed and were extremely accommodating.

!! We appreciate everything you did to help organize our girls weekend. The house was amazing, the entire Cabo Villas team was beyond helpful and I am so grateful we chose to stay at Villa Victoria! Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a safe, perfectly coordinated weekend in Cabo.

Alexandria helped us set everything up before the trip and Hector was a a wonderful concierge. They really made the trip seamless and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this beautiful villa and the awesome people that hosted us!

Beautiful views. The concierge service was super responsive and made us feel right at home. We were there to celebrate 40th birthdays and couldn't have picked a better spot.

The whole team was so accommodating to our group's needs! The house was clean, gorgeous with amazing view , and conveniently close to everything! Our concierge, Ivan, was wonderful and quickly responded to anything we needed from taxis to recommendations. The customer service was superb as well by setting up our private chef at the house and all our transportation to airports, stop at Costco, and restaurants. Amazing experience overall thanks to the CaboVilla's team!

The house is amazing and in a perfect location to any and everything you want to do while in Cabo. We had a blast hanging out by the pool and grilling while deciding how to spend the rest of the day out and about. A huge perk is the 24 hour concierge they have available to help with everything from calling cabs or restocking the fridge with food and drinks. I fully recommend this house and renting from this team! We will be back and will absolutely book with this team again.

The house is amazing- it has beautiful views, comfortable bedrooms, large bathrooms, and plenty of space for everyone. We loved it! All our questions, before the trip, during, and after, were answered by Kimberly Zamora and Luis. Everyone was helpful and considerate fo our needs with young children. We catered our first dinner- it was amazing and such a great way to start our vacation. The car rental process was easy and efficient. Thanks to Cabovillas for everything!

Every spot in the house is really clean. Héctor is an excellent concierge and all rooms and bedrooms are in excellent shape and clean.

We could walk to downtown or take a quick taxi ride. The views were spectacular and the host was amazing. Will definitely stay with them again!

The beds were great and the home was spacious. However - we rented it as a rental for families and it was not family friendly and issues took a while to be resolved. First off, it offers 6 bedrooms but 2 of those are on the pool level with the only entrance being from the pool so they are isolated. You cannot access those bedrooms from the interior of the home. The bedrooms would not lock. Later they told us they should have given us a key. Because we took small children one bedroom went unused and one family with small children all slept in the same bedroom. Disappointing. Secondly, the only way to access the pool was to either go around the outside of the house or go out through on of the master bedrooms. If was just an odd layout to the house. Those weren’t showstoppers for us but they were really annoying. We had a few issues with maintenance. When we first arrived, the wifi was almost unusable. It would sporadically connect and disconnect. To their credit they came out and got it working well except for the basement which is where the odd bedrooms and pool were where it never really worked. The air conditioning froze over. They blamed us for having it too cold (it was set at 70) but it did not seem like we did anything wrong. Then it took a couple of days to get it fixed so we we sleeping with some rooms over 80 degrees - again now we had a family with 2 under three years old in one of the warm rooms making sleeping uncomfortable. They will say we were slow to tell them but that is disputable and then they said it was Sunday and it would be hard to get maintenance. It did get resolved. Finally, the toilet in the basement bedroom had a sewage smell. The gentleman that our daughter-in-law spoke to (she is fluent in Spanish so she was our voice) was generally not very pleasant and always blamed us for not informing them sooner. Regardless of when we informed them, we were hoping that we didn’t need to spend our vacation calling abou

Pool is great, plenty of space, and the concierge and property management folks (Lola) are terrific to work with, and even threw us a margarita welcome reception when we checked in! The neighborhood is on the hill and super safe, with a guard gate. It's walkable to downtown, but probably easiest to take a cab, especially at night. But overall, I'd definitely stay here again and rent from Lola and Cabo Villas!”
