The staff was incredible and always easy to communicate with. Angel was quick to respond for rides throughout the entire night and into the morning. Alan and crew was amazing at the food and cleanups. And the maid service was early and often every morning! Cannot recommend villa Marcella enough. We had our wedding here and it was absolute perfection. Every single person said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to.

Top of the line service

Great location and great house! Pablo was our concierge and did fabulous! He was extremely responsive whenever we needed a taxi and needed his help. We loved having the margaritas and chips and salsa ready for us upon arrival! Will definitely use Cabo Villas the next time we come to town!

Mariana was so attentive and her service was top tier

The dining room is big enough for a fancy dinner, but eating around the firepit or under the palapa takes advantage of the views. The staff was wonderful, we had 6 meals at the house and each was very tasty. They accommodated my request for lobster our final day and also served as decorators for each dinner as well as brilliant bartenders during the day and evening. The home theater is roomy and comfortable and well fitted with all the apps you need to enjoy some down time with some popcorn and friends. The spa director arranged a team of massage therapists so all our guests could enjoy treatments right at the house. It was really an ideal way to share time with my bride and our families!

Everything from the staff to the rental home was perfect.

We had a group of 11 girls go for a bachelorette party - the house fit everyone comfortably and the extra services the house offered made us all feel like queens. Our chef was so amazing, we had 3 breakfasts, 1 lunch, and 1 dinner with him and the food was truly some of the best I have ever had It was super easy to set up meals and transportation. Having the maid through the house too was also a huge plus - she was so nice and even made us drinks during our stay which we were not expecting! I am so happy we booked through Cabo Villas and will definitely do it again if I return to Cabo.

Best trip of my life

Our family celebrated my daughter's 25th birthday. From the booking, arrival, and departure words can't express how attentive and detailed the entire Cabo staff was. My Cabo Specialist Alex was very responsive to the "many" questions I had and if she didn't know the answer she connected me with staff that could help. Her customer service was superb. Our concierge Mariana was always on demand she welcomed us on arrival and continued to connect with us during our stay no matter what time of the day or night. There was mix-up with our grocery package and Mariana was apologetic and immediately rectified the issue along with a special courtesy for the inconvenience. She was a pleasure and I am thankful for all her assistance during our stay. Our driver 'Felix' made us feel safe and gave suggestions on things to do in town. Chile and Lime Catering did an awesome job, the food was plentiful and delicious. To say the least, I will be using Cabovillas again and I have already been referring them. I have visited before but this was such a different experience being catered to and having a team of people ensuring our stay for a bachelorette party was seamless. The catering team was amazing with such a wonderful selection of food! The alcohol packages were more than enough and just made it so easy for us to enjoy the event instead of having to do it ourselves. Villa Edith was so massive! pack walking shoes for this one but the space and view was perfect. We had a party of 8 but could have easily fit 14 people comfortably. Getting rides was smooth and easy to communicate with the concierge Angel. I love how we were greeted when we arrived and given a tour to ensure everything was up to our expectations and we knew the lay of the land. From start to finish our booking with Alex was great answering all the questions we had and helping us put together an amazing experience. Highly recommend the yacht experience and spending a whole day just enjoying the villa and the pool. Can't wait to come back!!!!

Our group had the best time and the house was incredibly clean and well kept. I think the most important call out of our trip was how much comfort and guidance our concierge (Angel) provided. Every trip felt so safe and well set up with him leading the charge. We will 100% be recommending Cabo Villas to other travelers and hope to stay with you again!

Pablo was excellent to work with! He was easily accessible and communicated promptly. The Villa was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool/ hot tub and all the additional amenities the Villa offered. Will definitely plan to stay again for future trips!
