Hector was a great host.

It’s a spectacular vista during the day and at night. It’s perfect for 8 people. The concierge was very responsive and we had absolutely no issues with the house.

The Pedregal views did not disappoint. We even saw a whale flip out of the ocean from the infinity pool. The staff was super attentive, friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

We couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much!!

Amber made booking our condo so easy and helped along the way with our questions, restaurant recommendations, and booking a rental car. The condo was spacious, clean, bright, and it had magnificent views. It was perfect for our family. Finally, the Zoetry Resort was beautiful, and they treated us like one of their hotel guests. It was lovely.

! Pablo was wonderful always available for help!! The cleaner was terrific and Vincent our driver was always on time and available for us. What a beautiful place to spend our 10 year anniversary with loved ones!!

During that time the staff at Cabo Villas were fantastic in making the adjustments until we could finally get away. As per usual once we were able to travel the assistance from Kimberly and the staff in California was stellar. In Cabo, Ivan, Paz and Rosebella took fantastic care of us with all requests looked after in a timely matter. The villa itself was a dream to stay in. We could not have picked better accommodations.

The service was exceptional. Every want and need was taken care of for us. We all had such a great time. Thank you all.

The service is first class and you don’t worry about anything the whole time. They have your back from the time you book till the moment you leave. The house was also spectacular and in perfect condition, mostly thanks to our awesome housekeeper Lucy. We had a bachelor party for a small group of guys and couldn’t have had a better time whether it was hanging out at house, going out nearby or taking advantage of other amenities in Fundadores we had a blast! Make sure you take advantage of your concierge they are your eyes and ears during the trip. We had Giovani and he was spectacular I wish I could’ve brought him home with me. Again, I 110% recommend using these guys for your Cabo destination it was tip top service and excellence.

It started with the very helpful Amber Horowitz helping plan the entire trip. She set up great excursions, arranged transportation, helped with dinner reservations. She really helped make the trip a vacation. All of the staff, Oscar, Edgar, Chef Abraham, Eduardo and all made the trip truly memorable. The housekeeping staff was outstanding as well. The house was clean from top to bottom, we didn't have one complaint. I would recommend renting through Cabo Villas, and would definitely recommend this house. We will definitely be back.

The Cabo Villas team provided excellent services, from booking the trip to ordering the final taxi to the airport. They were responsive, accommodative, and very professional. The villa exceeded our expectations and we're happy to recommend working with Cabo Villas and/or staying at Villa Fiesta.

Pablo was fantastic - very responsive and helpful. Chef for dinner and chef for breakfast were excellent.

The villa was amazing. Jonathan and the house staff were so helpful and accommodating. The planning process couldn't have been easier. Alex was so responsive and so patient with our questions (there were a lot!). She made the planning (on the heels of Covid) as stress free as possible and we couldn't be more grateful for that! We'll definitely be returning to Villa Descanso and planning through Alex!

The house was STUNNING, the concierge (Gio) and cleaning staff was fantastic. We had everything we needed and the arrangements were fantastic. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again for everything!

House staff were marvelous! Friendly and dedicated to making sure all our needs were met.

Beth went above and beyond to accommodate myself as well as the 13 other people who were joining me on this trip. We were traveling for my sister's bachelorette and I could not have pictured it to go as smoothly as it did. I booked a number of accommodations through her including transfers, chef services, and a boat tour. She was also able to answer any questions that I had and responded very quickly to emails and phone calls. As soon as we landed in Cabo I received a text message from Ivan our concierge, providing us with his phone number and letting us know that the villa would be ready when we arrived. Beth set up a transfer to pick us up from the airport and drop us off at the villa. We planned to make a stop at Costco in order to pick up things we would need for the villa. Costco was on the way to the villa so we did not have to go out of the way or anything. When we arrived at the villa, Ivan was there and greeted us with chips, salsa, and margaritas. The pictures of Hacienda Edith do not do it justice. We could not believe what we were walking into when we finally arrived. It was like something out of a dream. From the rooms to the views, every inch of this property is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The property manager was also there and showed us around the entire villa. He explained where everything was and asked if we had any questions for him. Chef Ricardo and another chef were already there cooking us dinner when we arrived at the villa. Carlos and Moan (our waiter and waitress) came a little while after and they were absolutely amazing. They took care of our every need during our meals. I set up multiple meals throughout our entire trip, and the same staff was there for every meal which was fantastic. The chef arrived an hour before each meal and the staff stayed to clean up everything. There was not a speck of dirt anywhere in the kitchen. They were all absolutely incredible and the food was outstanding. The next day by the pool, Carlos and Moan

Ivan took great care of us, and assisted is with a cabs and ordering water bottles. He provided us assistance within moments of texting him.
